Earth orientation parameters: x/y pole, UT1-UTC, LOD, dPsi, dEpsi
(smoothed values at 1-day intervals) with respect to IAU 1976/1980
precession/nutation model.

EOP C 04 is no longer being updated and is presented here for historical
reasons only. See EOP 05 C04 for the new version of this series.

The data are stored in yearly files since 1962 and in one file 1962-now.
