The mean has been removed from the tabulated excitation values. The oceanic excitation functions have been computed from the oceanic angular momenta by Equations (4) and (6) of Gross et al., Atmospheric and Oceanic Excitation of Decadal-Scale Earth Orientation Variations, J. Geophys. Res., vol. 110, B09405, 2005. 4. The tidal contamination present in previous versions of the ECCO/JPL data assimilative ocean models (e.g., kf049f,kf066b) is not present in this model.
