through 10 August 1994, the value of DUT1 to be disseminated with the time signals will be


                                DUT1 = + 0.8 s


due to the introduction of a leap second in UTC on 1 July 1994

until further notice, the value of DUT1 to be disseminated with the time signals will be


                                  DUT1 = + 0.7 s
