Information regarding these procedures is available in Chapter 5 of the IERS Conventions 2003 available at . With these resolutions, beginning on 1 January 2003, IERS Bulletins A and B will publish new products in addition to those already published. These products will include the celestial pole offsets X_obs-X_IAU2000A and Y_obs-Y_IAU2000A where X_obs and Y_obs are the observed X, Y coordinates of the Celestial Intermediate Pole in the Geocentric Celestial Reference System, and X_IAU2000A and Y_IAU2000A are the celestial pole coordinates provided by using the IAU2000A Precession-Nutation theory. It is expected that Celestial Pole offsets related to the IAU1980 Nutation Theory will continue to be published through 30 September 2005.
