************************************************************************ IERS Message No. 568 November 03, 2026 ************************************************************************ European Navigation Conference (ENC) 2027: Geodesy Supply Chain Dear colleagues, I would like to draw your attention to the European Navigation Conference (ENC) 2027, which will take place from 19-21 May 2027 at ESA ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The ENC series is widely recognised as Europe's leading annual event for the positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) community, bringing together experts from industry, academia, government and user communities. The conference will highlight the latest developments and future trends in positioning, navigation and timing, covering the full spectrum of technologies, systems and applications. With a growing awareness of the urgent need to secure the global geodesy supply chain, the conference will address this issue with a dedicated topic. This is an excellent opportunity for the geodetic community to highlight the vulnerabilities in the geodesy supply chain and their impact on navigation, timing and safety services. Therefore please consider submitting an abstract under the topic "geodesy supply chain". The submission is now open until 10 January 2027. For additional information please refer to the conference website: https://enc-series.org/ Best regards, Claudia Flohrer (on behalf of the ENC 2027 Technical Programme Committee) -- Claudia Flohrer, Dr. phil.-nat.
