Explanatory Supplement to Bulletins A and Bulletin B/C04

The Explanatory Supplement is an explicative summary describing the
usage of the Bulletins A and B in relating the IERS terrestrial and
celestial reference frames. The Bulletin A provides a rapid solution and
prediction of Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP), and the Bulletin B/C04
provides for the long-term EOP solution for scientific applications.
Also, the distribution of these publications is provided.
