Notification of IERS RS/PC server update


During the morning of 1 September 2009, EDT, the IERS Rapid Service/
Prediction Centre server will be replaced with a new server; however, 
the new server name will be unchanged (it will still be called maia).  
There should be no difference in obtaining data via the ftp site or by 
email. The web site will be available to users with minor changes only.    

Sometime after this server change (we hope on the same day), 
ser7@maia.usno.navy.mil will once again accept emails that are sent to 
it. 

If there are any questions or concerns regarding the change in server, 
please contact Brian Luzum at the IERS RS/PC at 
brian.luzum@usno.navy.mil .
